Is this just for summer?
No. Summer is the big one (we help you book in April), and we also help with fall, winter, spring, and those random weekdays off on your school calendar.
What happens after I pay?
You get a Stripe receipt and your CampMatch account. You upload your school calendar and add your kids, then sit back. We email you when it’s time to book for each school break, with camp openings that fit. You review them and book the ones you want. Log back in anytime with a magic link emailed to you.
Do you book the camps for me?
No. We find openings that match your kids and calendar timing. You stay in control of which programs you choose and complete the booking with the camp yourself.
Will you email me when it’s time to book?
Yes. That is the main product. After you upload your calendar, we email you when camps are ready for each school break so you can book in time. Alerts when registration opens for specific camps you might like are coming soon, so you can get ahead of popular programs.
How do you know when my kids need care?
You share your school calendar during setup (many families upload a PDF). We pull out the no-school stretches, you confirm which ones need childcare, and that becomes the schedule we plan around.
What if there aren’t any camps?
Sometimes there simply aren’t openings that fit. We’ll still email you early enough that you have time to figure out another plan for that day.
Can my employer pay for this?
