CampityCamp respects our clients and their children’s privacy and takes steps to make sure any personal or sensitive information collected is kept safe. Information we collect is used for CampityCamp services (including CampMatch) and as required by law.
If you use our website or CampMatch, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Notice. Please review this Notice regularly as it is subject to change at any time.

- Process camp registrations and payments (when you use booking assistance)
- Communicate about bookings, waitlist status, schools-out timing, and product updates via email and, if you opt in, text message

Text Messages (SMS/MMS)
When you sign up for CampMatch, we may ask for a mobile phone number. We send text messages only if you affirmatively opt in (for example by checking the SMS consent box during onboarding or in your account settings). Texts may include camp matching updates, availability alerts, booking or registration reminders, schools-out timing notices, support replies, and other CampMatch / CampityCamp service communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
We store your phone number and opt-in status (and the time of opt-in) so we can honor your preferences and comply with messaging laws. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You can also update preferences in your CampMatch account where available, or contact us at [email protected]. Reply HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not automatically cancel a paid CampMatch subscription.
We may use trusted messaging providers to deliver texts. Those providers process your number and message content only to send messages on our behalf and as described in their own privacy practices.
